Invoice & Header Logos

You can now have a different logo for your quotes and invoices as well as having your own logo in the header. Uploading your own logo for the header will remove the default “Your-CRM” logo when you are logged in and when your clients are logged in too.

If you are on the Standard package or above you can now track project expenses, making it even easier for you to keep track of what your clients projects are costing.

Quote Status

To make it easier to keep track of quotes, you can now set the status to one of the following:

  1. Awaiting Feedback – This is the default option for all new quotes
  2. Accepted – Select this when the client has accepted the quote
  3. Rejected – Select this when the client rejects the quote

Along with being able to change the quote status, you can now also edit a quote to add or detete items etc.

Quote Feedback

Clients can now add comments to quotes when they receive them. For example, they may want something adding to a quote or removing etc.

You can then reply to this comment and they are all kept together on the quote’s details page.

We’ve been busy since the Christmas break and I’m pleased to announce another slight interface re-design, along with a new feature.

Interface

We’ve tweaked the user interface and tidied up various pages to make a more consistent feel to everything.

New Feature – Invoice Reminders

A feature that has been long overdue is finally here! Now you can set the system to automatically send out email reminders when invoices become overdue.

Due to the stylesheet modifications etc, you may need to empty your browser cache and history if you see anything strange with regards to the new layout when you are logged in.

I’m pleased to announce that yet more features and improvements have been added to the system.

On the client info view page, you can now see any outstanding invoices due for that client.

We’ve now added deadline dates to tasks and you get a reminder on your homepage when your deadlines are met.

You can now add products to your sales leads to track sales pipeline for your products!

We’re pleased to announce that we have added a sales lead module to the system.

Now, sales staff can enter leads into the system and track them through to completion with the ability to add calls, events and tasks to them.

Over the last few days since our server migration we have made the following upgrades to the service:

User interface
We have redesigned the user interface inline with the new website redesign.

Custom logo’s
Inside the user interface there is the facility to upload your own logo for quotes and invoices. Now, along with displaying your logo on quotes and invoices, your logo will replace the main Your-CRM logo in the page header.

This will happen in your “client side” as well if you give your clients access to their quotes, invoices and projects etc.

Website upgrades complete April 15, 2008

We are pleased to announce that the website re-design and the client area re-design are now both complete.

We had some strange things going on as the system switched over from the old web-server to the new one, but overall it went smoothly.

SAP gets caught with fingers in the till July 6, 2007

SAP admits that it made “inappropriate downloads” of Oracle’s computer code with Oracle accusing SAP of “corporate theft on a grand scale”.

In its formal response, SAP “acknowledged that some inappropriate downloads of fixes and support documents occurred at TomorrowNow” — a Texas-based customer support unit authorized to download materials from Oracle’s Web site. But they claim that they never had access to Oracle’s intellectual property.
