Manage your client support with support tickets January 16, 2009

Having trouble keeping on top of your customer support?
For those of you on the “Professional” package, you now have a brand new feature – support tickets.
When you setup your clients with their logins, they can now create support tickets from within their client area.
When a ticket is created, you will see it on your dashboard until you action it.
As well as the new support tickets feature, we’ve also changed some of the page layouts and colour scheme to tie in with the overall “blue” theme.
