New features – quote status and feedback January 9, 2009

Quote Status
To make it easier to keep track of quotes, you can now set the status to one of the following:
- Awaiting Feedback – This is the default option for all new quotes
- Accepted – Select this when the client has accepted the quote
- Rejected – Select this when the client rejects the quote
Along with being able to change the quote status, you can now also edit a quote to add or detete items etc.
Quote Feedback
Clients can now add comments to quotes when they receive them. For example, they may want something adding to a quote or removing etc.
You can then reply to this comment and they are all kept together on the quote’s details page.
